In 2013 we planted our first olive trees amidst sage, lavender and thyme.
In respect for our natural heritage we cultivate organically, without any pesticides.
The olive oil is of exceptional quality.
The olive harvest starts early October. If you plan your trip around then, you can participate in the harvest in a warm atmosphere in the middle of nature and leave with your own olive oil.
Moreover, October is a beautiful time on the island: the weather is great, sea water temperature is perfect and there are very few tourists.
